Classes are health and wellness based, intimate, personalized, and limited to 10.

Bring a yoga mat or towel, bug spray, and water. Optional but Suggested: Blanket, 2 blocks, strap/tie, small throw pillow. Social Distancing will be followed. Masks optional.

Classes are non-refundable and may be moved to another location or Zoom for bad weather. Credit card fees will be applied. Stay tuned for July and August dates!

Hatha Yoga Basics 101

Class is the perfect starting point for beginners or those who like to keep it simple, gentle and fun. Learn diaphragmatic breathing, yogic stretches, and components of the sun salutation. Relax the mind and body while improving overall health and emotional well-being. End class with a guided relaxation/meditation.
Fee: $20 per class or all 4 for $75  (plus transaction fee)

Yoga in Depth
Tuesday 6:45 – 7:45 pm

Class is perfect for going deeper into learning the healing art of yoga. This class is for you if you have a basic understanding of the sun salutation, diaphragmatic breathing and want more. Enhance your practice with sensing, feeling, and become more aware of the energy within. End class with a guided relaxation/meditation.
Fee: $20 per class or all 4 for $75

Yoga for Gardeners
Thursday 5:30 – 6:30 pm

Longer and warmer days beckons us to be outdoors planting, bending and squatting resulting in tightness, stiffness, muscle tension, back and shoulder issues. Yoga for Gardeners will help relieve dull aches and pains with yoga stretches that complement the continuous bending over, digging, planting, and weeding. Leave class refreshed, relaxed and ready to return to your garden bringing balance and harmony back to your body. End class with a guided relaxation/meditation.

By the banks of the Pike River learn techniques to quiet the busy mind and find calm. This mindfulness meditation class will teach breath awareness and relaxation techniques to relieve stress, improve focus, and concentration for a more mindful way of living day to day.
