Bring a yoga mat or towel, bug spray, and water. Optional but Suggested: Blanket, 2 blocks, strap/tie, small throw pillow. Social Distancing will be followed. Masks optional.

Classes are non-refundable and may be moved to another location or Zoom for bad weather. Credit card fees will be applied. 

Soothing Yoga for Stressful Times

Yoga is fundamentally an act of kindness towards oneself to calm the mind and body. Use breathing practices to create self-awareness in this all levels Hatha yoga class in the Two Sisters Garden. It is the perfect place to find balance and harmony within and around yourself. Release into relaxation and improve overall health and wellbeing. Class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed ending with a guided relaxation.

Lunar Yoga

Monday, August 3rd 6:00 – 7:00 pm
Wednesday: September 2nd 6-7:00pm
Fee: $20
Get back to nature and release energy on the mat on the evening of the full moon. (So needed at this time) Practice includes Salutation to the Moon (Chandra Namaskara) sequence with variations. Bring your Yoga Mat or large towel, throw pillow, and lightweight blanket to cover at the end of relaxation.
